An eithernet cable connects the router to a computer. All is well. This works fine. Now I want to install another computer next to the TV. You can also connect two computers using a crossover cable without needing a router, a switch, or a modem. But configuring the computers to use the crossover cable is difficult for networking novices, so I suggest you look instead for a bridged USB cable (also called USB networking or USB-USB).

So there are actually two seperated networks (also two different wifi networks). Now what I want, is to set up the netgear router, so all the devices will be on the same network. For example so PC1 can see PC4 on the network. Or TV1 can see the MY CLOUD on the network. Is there a way to set up the Netgear router, so all will be on the same network?
