I am wanting to use an N450 ( wnr2500 ) as a woreless repeater. The base unit is a dgn2200 dsl modem / router unit. Both units are at the current firmware. I have both routers. set to the same ip address range, I go to the wireless repeater set up on the dgn and set it up as the base and give it the mac address of the n450 as the repeater. set
