Hi @eng_asfour According with Nutanix support FAQ, the goal is to qualify major/minor hypervisor releases within 90 days of the software GA release date. The vSphere ESXi 6.7 U3 was released on 08/20/2019 and based on that you should expect the 6.7 U3 appears on compatibility matrix only on second half of November 2019.
